Chicken Fajita Soup

3-4 Chicken Breast
2(14.5 oz.)cans clear chicken broth
1/2 onion chopped
1 toe garlic
2 pks Fajita seasoning
1/2 can Rotel Tomatoes
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese Grated
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Milk
Parsley(to taste)
Corn Starch

Put oil in pot and brown chicken. Remove chicken, slice chicken in half into thin strips. Throw in onions and sauté until clear then add garlic, parsley, and sauté no more than 2 minutes. Next, add broth, cream of chicken soup, fajita seasoning, rotel tomatoes, and stir until well blended. Throw in Chicken and cook about 1/2 hour. Thicken with water and corn starch. Eat with brown tortilla chips and put cheddar cheese on top.
